I recently used Shania Maas as a solicitor to help me purchase an apartment in Brisbane, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The Brisbane property market is hectic, but she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and she kept me updated every step of the way. She was professional and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and efficient she was. I’d highly recommend Shania to anyone buying property!

I was recommended Legali and Monique by my buyer's agent and I'm so happy I took up the recommendation. I had used another conveyancer twice previously, but would definitely use Monique again for any future property sale or purchase. Monique was an excellent communicator, always had time to answer my questions, provided good old fashioned service of allowing me to come into the office to verify my identity and sign documents (this was very much appreciated because the admin involved in property transactions can get so overwhelming), and her fees were very reasonable. It was also great to know that I was working with a solicitor, should any legal problems arise prior to settlement. Fortunately my purchase went smoothly and I highly recommend Monique to anyone needing assistance with a property sale or purchase.

Shania and the team were great throughout the process of our last purchase. They kept us informed the whole way through and were always available to talk it through when we had questions and concerns. Thanks Legali 🙂 …

We used Legali Law to help us buy our first home, and honestly, we’re so glad we did. As first-time buyers, we weren’t always sure what to expect, but they made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. They were quick to respond, explained things in plain English, and kept everything moving without us having to chase. It really felt like they were on top of things at every stage. Buying your first home can be stressful, but having a team that’s knowledgeable, proactive and genuinely helpful makes all the difference. We’d absolutely recommend Legali Law to anyone who needs a solicitor.

Monique and her team have been great to work with as solicitors. We were impressed with how quickly she replies to calls or emails, even on weekends. She is super friendly and her staff were excellent – taking phone messages when she wasn’t available and promptly calling back so I didn’t have to wait for an answer. She clearly laid out the actions we needed to take – both as buyers and now as sellers – and it’s made for a very smooth, stress-free experience.
